The sound feels delayed

Bluetooth headphones and speakers add 100–200 ms of delay, which you can feel. Use the iPhone speaker or wired headphones for the tightest feel. The app shows a banner when it detects Bluetooth audio.

Air Strum isn't picking up my hand

Make sure the room is lit, your strumming hand is in view of the front camera, and you strum up and down through the glowing strings. The strings move to match where you strum after a few strokes. If you denied camera access, turn it on in Settings › Privacy & Security › Camera.

I bought Pro on another device

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account. Pro is also shared with your Family Sharing group.

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
